2. Purchase Terms

2.1 Order Confirmation

When you complete an order through our official website www.getenduroflex.com, we will send you an order confirmation email. The order confirmation email only indicates that we have received your order and does not mean that the order has been accepted. We have the right to reject an order due to stock or other reasons.

2.2 Prices and Payment

The prices of all products include applicable value added tax (VAT) and other relevant taxes. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, etc. After completing the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email.

2.3 Product Delivery

We provide international delivery services, including the EU, the UK and other countries and regions. Delivery time varies depending on factors such as destination and delivery method, usually 20-40 working days.

2.4 Order Cancellation and Modification

If the order has not been shipped, you can request to cancel or modify the order by contacting our customer service team. If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Unless we send the wrong product, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer. If the returned product does not meet the quality requirements, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
