Refund policy
1. Basic Return Policy
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the unconditional right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them. You can return or exchange the goods according to the following terms.

You have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returned goods must be unused, intact and in the original packaging (including all accessories, labels, etc.). Once the return application is approved, we will complete the refund within 14 days.
Specially customized, personalized or custom-made goods are not subject to the return policy unless the goods have quality problems.
Once the goods have been used or the packaging has been opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the goods have quality defects or damage.
3. Return process
Apply for a return: Please contact us through our customer service email [email protected] and provide the order number, product details and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Conditions for returning goods: The goods must be in their original condition and unused. If the goods are missing the original packaging or accessories, you may not be able to get a full refund.
Return address: Returned goods must be sent to the specified address, the detailed address will be provided by customer service email.
4. Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Please note that the return shipping costs of the goods are usually borne by the consumer, unless there is a quality problem with the goods or we sent the wrong goods.
5. Exchange policy
If you want to exchange the goods (for example, for a different color, size or style), please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for you to exchange the goods after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return policy. The delivery costs of the exchanged goods are usually borne by the consumer.
6. About goods that do not meet the return policy
The return and exchange policy does not apply to the following goods:
Opened or used goods.
The goods are damaged or lost (not caused by our shipping error).
The original packaging or accessories of the goods are lost.
