Shipping policy
1. Scope of application
These shipping terms apply to all orders within the EU, including online purchases.
2. Shipping time
Standard shipping time: The merchant will complete the shipment within 5-7 working days after receiving the order.
Delayed shipment: If there is a delay due to insufficient inventory or other force majeure, the merchant will notify the consumer within 24 hours and provide an estimated delivery time.

Transportation time within the EU:
Standard delivery: 20-40 working days.
Calculation of shipping time: The shipping time starts from the merchant's shipment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delayed delivery: If there is a delay during transportation, the logistics company or the merchant will promptly notify the consumer and provide an updated estimated delivery time.
4. Shipping method
The merchant will provide the following shipping methods according to the consumer's choice:
Standard delivery: economical and suitable for non-urgent orders.
5. Order tracking
The merchant will provide the consumer with the order tracking number and logistics company information after shipment.
Consumers can track the order status in real time through the logistics company's official website or the link provided by the merchant.
6. Delivery Confirmation
When the goods are delivered to the designated address, the logistics company will consider the order completed.
If the consumer does not receive the goods, he/she must contact the merchant or logistics company for investigation within 7 days.
7. Force Majeure
If the delivery or transportation is delayed due to force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, etc., the merchant will notify the consumer in time and try to minimize the impact.
The consumer can choose to wait for the delayed order or apply for a refund.
8. Return and Exchange
If the consumer is not satisfied with the goods, he/she can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The transportation costs of returned and exchanged goods shall be borne by the consumer unless the goods have quality problems or do not match the description.
9. Consumer Responsibility
Consumers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the consumer fails to receive the goods in time, the consumer shall bear the additional transportation costs.
11. Merchant Responsibility
Merchants must ensure that the goods are shipped on time and provide accurate transportation information.
If the shipment or transportation is delayed due to the merchant's fault, the merchant will bear the corresponding responsibility and provide compensation (such as refund or discount).
